2.)  Are there any hidden fees?

-No, we are an upfront company. We have $35 monthly office fees. We charge a $250 transaction fee and $50 E&O insurance fee for each transaction. What that means is you keep 100% of your commissions!

3.)  When is the broker & office support available?

-There is always someone available either at the office or by phone whenever you have a support question. You are also free to come by the office during business hours for any questions you may have. We check our email constantly and will reply promptly to your questions or concerns. Our broker is easily reached by phone, email, or text. We are here for you, and want to help in your success any way we can.

4.)  Do you carry E&O Insurance & what is the cost to the agent?

-We do carry E&O insurance and we charge a $50 E&O fee for every transaction.
